Water ripple effect

I offer virtual 1:1 trauma informed therapy and/or coaching to help you reflect on life and ensure you are living in a way that aligns with your soul. We can work on a variety of things such as healing from your trauma & finding who are on the other side; exploring your gender identity, sexuality, neurodivergence, or just finding yourself in general.

 

I also provide support during the process of receiving gender affirming care, abortion services, and meal support.

About Me

Hi, I'm Raith!

My name is Raith (they/them). I am a white queer, bisexual, trans, nonbinary, disabled, neurodivergent human. These labels are helpful and do not encompass all the pieces of me, I am inherently political and so is my work. I am a licensed therapist who has worked with many populations such as survivors of sexual assault, human trafficking, and domestic violence, people with eating disorders, people exploring their gender or neurodivergence, LGBTQIA2S+ people, and with people having abortions. I have always loved hearing people’s stories, walking life with them, and doing what I can to support. It's why this work is so fulfilling for me. I am an avid reader who loves spending their free time being creative and exploring new places. I have a wonderful community of people who are always supporting my growth and opening my eyes to new things. I am an organizer who uses my time, energy, and privileges to create supportive and caring systems in my community while advocating for the same in society at large. My personal experiences along with my fellow comrades have created a passion for radical social justice work which are found in the ways I practice too.
