This type of support can look however you need it, but mostly it looks like 1-3 sessions before an abortion to either prepare, ask questions, or even just explore if you even want an abortion. On call support for 24 hours while you have your abortion (weather this be at home or in a clinic). Plus 1-3 sessions after to process how you're feeling, what your experience was like, and whatever else you may need during this time.
